We have a slow and steady story of wins. When you have been in business for more than two decades as we have been, the experience and our quality of work stands us in good stead with our clients. B&C has moved from a one-client business to multiple clients and turnkey projects in these two decades.

In 1998, we started as a business firm that did tank installations, canopy, and civil works for Bharat Petroleum Corporation. Fast forward to 2000, we took on similar work for another petroleum giant – Indian Oil Corporation. That was a turning point for us. We expanded into turnkey projects – one at a time. In 2007, we started working on other projects – soundproofing for an auditorium, interior designing and execution of the Vice Chancellor’s chambers at the Tamil Nadu Agriculture University at Coimbatore, and a boardroom for the same client. As each project brought us experience and expertise, we started specializing in home theatres in and around Coimbatore. We had the privilege to work on a sound recording studio project in Kottayam for Singer Suraj Mani, the lead vocalist and member of the band Motherjane.

B&C Contracting started around 2010, initially focusing on turnkey projects for banks before expanding into residential properties by 2017. Their success is attributed to hard work, patience, and a commitment to quality, ensuring they deliver on promises to clients.

Led by Benny Varkey, the company emphasizes solid foundations, including strong client relationships and premium materials. Benny's detail-oriented leadership and effective communication have been key to the company's growth.

B&C Contracting remains passionate about turnkey projects, covering construction, interiors, acoustics, renovation, and maintenance. They collaborate with businesses like Classik Architects to enhance their capabilities and achieve more together.
